Dr. Stella has called Winnipeg home throughout her entire life. During her 30 year professional career, she has thoroughly enjoyed caring for those in her community, from ages 1 to 102! Passionate about all areas of Dentistry, she has a keen interest in Oral Surgery and Dental Sedation.
Dr. Stella enjoys spending her time off at the cabin with her family, friends and her dog Mojo.

About
Dr. Madison Chambers is a compassionate dentist dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Manitoba, graduating with multiple awards recognizing her excellence in academics, clinical dentistry, leadership, and commitment to patient care.
She then completed a General Practice Residency at Western University, where she received advanced training in hospital-based dentistry, with a focus on managing medically complex patients, oral surgery, and sedation.
Dr. Chambers has been actively involved in leadership and service throughout her training, including serving as Senior Stick of the Manitoba Dental Students’ Association and participating in international outreach providing dental care to underserved communities. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable, positive dental experience.
Dr. Chambers is excited to be back home in Winnipeg and proud to serve her community. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time at the lake with family and friends, outdoor activities, and exploring Winnipeg’s incredible food scene.
